On December 1, 2021, PHO To Go launched its Signature Noodle Soup, an unlikely kind of food served as a main dish in a mobile kitchen. “We know the risk. This is a make or break, a hit-or-miss. But we just have to give it a try than forever wonder,” says the person on the counter, who the customers call, The To-Go Lady. Everyone who stopped by was given a sample of the homemade broth. Details of food preparation & better ways to enjoy this traditionally prepared specialty dish were shared to every customer. This is still a practice to this day.

This spot definitely got something going.
